Dr. Lu is the founder of Eye Consultants of Arizona. He is a full service ophthalmologist with more than 35 years of experience providing quality surgical eye care.
Dr. Lu graduated from Columbia University in New York and founded the renowned Elk County Eye Clinic / Pennsylvania Eye Consultants in Pennsylvania. He had extra training in Oculoplastic and Reconstructive surgery for a year at the New York Fellowship Society and New York Medical College and an extra year of Cornea and External Diseases at Columbia University.
