Receiving the Title of “Illustrious Citizen of Peru” for his Medical Achievements
Invited as a Guest Speaker for a Surgical Conference in Lima, Peru, Dr. Lu was invited to the Municipal Palace to receive the Achievement Award by Dr. Luis Castaneda-Lossio, the Mayor of Lima. December 2009.
